Yes, you can cancel your order at any time before it ships. There is no cancelation fee. Email your request to [email protected] with your order number in the subject.

We ship UPS, however in order to provide our customers with accurate shipping quotes the store software currenly supports only USPS. If you would like your order to be shipped UPS, please email us at [email protected] with a quote request, or use "ask seller" button next to each product.

We would like our customers to be completely satisfied with their purchase. We gladly accept returns within 7 days of item arrival to your destination. Full item price refund will be given for the items in original packaging, and original condition, original shipping will not be refunded. Buyer is responsible for return shipping. There is no restocking fee.

If you use Google checkout - your card is authorized at the time of order, but not charged. Your card will be charged when your order is processed for shipping. If you have have been authorised for excessive shipping (based on order amount - over $50, over $100), you will be charged only discounted shipping at that time. $10 dollars for orders over $50, and $0 for orders over $100. However if you used Paypal as your payment method, your money is sent to us right away. Therefore if your order exceeded threasholds for discounted shipping, you will receive a refund for the difference.

We can ship merchandise via Media Mail that is in our Video, Audio, Books section. USPS allows ony products of that type to be shipped via that option. We will not charge additional postage if your order can be shipped for comparable price via any other option. Otherwise we reserve the right to ask for additional postage.
